The Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales is the permanent assembly of Catholic Bishops and Personal Ordinaries in the two member countries.Interested in working for the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales? The work undertaken at the Secretariat of the Bishops' Conference and its agencies and offices encompasses a wide range of issues touching on many aspects of the life of the Church and of society. More than 40 people are employed by the Bishops' Conference to support the Bishops. We recognise and value the commitment and considerable expertise of each member of staff.
