Started in April of 2013 and completed in 14 months, Kay's Crossing is the first TOD (transit oriented development) on the FrontRunner Track in Utah with 156 luxury apartments, podium style parking garage, and many other specialty amenities.Currently we have over 1300 units in our portfolio, with may more on the way!
