WHAT WE OFFER:• 5-Year LeaseWe prefer to take on our units for a term of 5 years, meaning you will receive rent for the next 5 years with NO VOIDS. We are not like a usual tenant and do not work on an AST. We use a company let agreement meaning if we miss a rent payment, you can remove us from the unit straight away with no legal costs.• Well MaintainedOur units are kept to the highest standard and must reflect our high-quality brand. We can not afford for our apartments to look tired or worn as this will mean bad reviews which are not good for our business. We will take care of any small maintenance issues so you don't need to worry about them.• Immaculately CleanWe clean our apartments after every guest, meaning on average the unit will be cleaned 3 times a week. Our cleaners also lookout for any small maintenance issues so we can fix them immediately.• Hassle-FreeHaving us as your "tenant" is hassle-free. For you, it means no more marketing your property, no more viewings, no more reference checks, no more void periods, and no more stress. You can relax and enjoy your rent payment coming in on time, every month for the next 5 years at least.
