(FCSI) was founded by Rachel & Joshua Frantz in 2011, to provide honest and highly competent construction management, property management and owners representation services in the greater Southern California area. We are licensed General Contractors (CSLB #962230) and can work throughout the state, but our primary focus is in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange and San Diego Counties. Our rich educational background and vast experience form the foundation of what we do. Effective interpersonal skills, practicality and our "can-do" attitude make us the team you want advocating on your behalf. What exactly do we do? We do it all! We want to be your comprehensive management service. Whether your construction project consists of a few hours per week of general oversight, or full scale services from design and bid procurement through construction and punchlist finalization, we will handle it expertly and efficiently. We can provide detailed job costing and schedules as well as competent, knowledgeable interaction with owners, engineers, architects, planners, contractors and subcontractors. If you need property oversight and management, we can do that, too. These services can consist of assistance with specific projects or complete coordination and management of all aspects of your home or business. We are highly organized and efficient so that you can feel comfortable in leaving all of the details to us, and you can focus solely on the stress-free enjoyment of the event.
