Larger firms have one main disadvantage. They are unable to recruit from their previous clients, and they have a lot of clients. We prefer to work with a smaller select group of companies to build a deeper relationship and provide them access to a more comprehensive global talent network that the big firms cannot tap.We have a dedicated DEI practice that focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
