Honest Engines started from a driveway in 1988 in Odessa, Tx after an oil bust forced Richard Witte, founder/owner, to employ any means necessary to feed his family. Honest Engines was founded on different ideals then most other automotive repair and maintenance facilities. Our company was built from a need to survive and we believe in treating every customer as a person rather then a pay check. We understand that times can get tough and ends don't always meet, we've been there also through the ups and the downs in Odessa. Our company is also uniquely positioned to handle large accounts with multiple field service trucks that run 24 hours a day, handling repairs on any and everything that moves all makes and models , with full computer flashing capabilities, to goose-neck trailers nothing is out of our reach. We also offer free service calls to our contracted commercial customers.
