NIGHT CLUB is a transformational engagement programme that brings sleep researchers together with night shift workers and employers to create a better and healthier working experience.HOW DOES NIGHT CLUB WORK?The NIGHT CLUB walk-in installation is designed to engage and communicate the best available evidence-based sleep health information to night shift workers in situ during the night shift. Academics and science-communicators are on hand to offer easy to follow advice on the interventions individuals can make to improve the quality and extent of their sleep. The focus of the intervention is on diet and exercise, sleep environment and sleep hygiene, mental health, understanding chronotype and sleep patterns. Experience has shown that the lens of sleep is a great entry to wider physical and mental health issues.Accompanying the installation is a suite of tailored materials, digital assets and training as part of our Full Programme, enabling your organisation to embed learnings from NIGHT CLUB so that night shift workers can continue to benefit from the information and tools.
