Namandla consultants mainly focusses on Hyperion Infrastructure maintenance and support. We are managing various Managed Services contracts for companies locally and internationally for whom we do Hyperion infrastructure and application support. With our Managed Services we do monthly reporting on the infrastructure and application performance, email and telephone support, remote support, limited onsite support hours, troubleshooting on errors, patching where necessary and general house keeping. Additional services are environment designs and upgrades, performance testing and performance tuning. We consult on FDM and ODI. We are the only Partner in Africa for Accelatis . With South Africa's exchange rate being so weak against the US Dollar and British Pound it makes Managed Services very affordable when using South African recourses, this is also one of the avenues that Namandla Consultants have approached. We are providing this service to companies in the US and the UK.
