Hermandad Mexicana Nacional has been founded as a non-profit organization, which with more than 40 years of experience has strengthened and provided support to the immigrant community. Hermandad Mexicana Nacional is dedicated to providing services and protecting the needs and rights of Spanish-speaking immigrants. The Mexican National Brotherhood is rooted in the tireless struggle for immigrant rights that began our founder Bert Corona (1918-2001) who was a visionary leader who dedicated his life to improving the social and political conditions of immigrants' lives. He was a pioneer in proposing solutions for a number of problems that concern minorities and disadvantaged people in the United States. One of the most significant achievements in the history of the Mexican National Brotherhood is that the organization was a leading instrument in the legislation to legalize millions of immigrants called IRCA for its acronym in English (Immigration Reform and Control Act) in 1986.With more than 18 offices located in Los Angeles County, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino and San Diego, National Mexican Brotherhood has become a prominent organization in Citizenship and immigration services.
