These programs often include a 12-week, 6-month, or a 12-month presentations/challenges packages to help decrease employee absenteeism, increase productivity, reduce health risks, improve employee health choices, and provide a way for companies to qualify for health insurance credits without the cost of an extensive wellness program. We also have a network of registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) across the country using the 12-Fix Lean Life Plan in my book, Lean Body Smart Life.
