Bloxam Burnett & Olliver (BBO) is a New Zealand based, multi-disciplinary company of professional consultants. The company was founded in 1993 by Martin Bloxam, Reece Burnett and John Olliver. Now managed by four directors – John Olliver, Scott Bready, Pang Chong Heng and Jarred Stent; owned by key staff who play an important role in the continued overall success of project delivery; and supported by approximately 100 staff, the majority of whom are professionally qualified in their field of expertise – BBO is a tight-knit and loyal team that takes real pride in its work. BBO provides consulting services in engineering (infrastructure, construction monitoring, structures, water resources, traffic and transportation), planning and land development.
