Appetite Catering has been set up by Craig Milnes, a chef with over 18 years' experience in the food industry. We cater for every type of event including corporate functions, engagements and weddings, birthday and Christmas parties, canapés and receptions, christenings and barbeques. Each function is unique and we tailor the menu to what you are looking for. Classically trained, Craig has been the head chef at some of the most well known British landmarks including St Paul's Cathedral and The Royal Academy of Arts. Most recently he worked with Compass and Michelin starred chef Tom Aikens and ran Tom's Kitchen at Somerset House. Craig's first exposure to food was when he joined a large hotel group in 1994 where he worked in 4 and 5 star hotels in South Africa. He then moved into commercial catering for large sports stadiums and wedding venues before moving to the UK. Food is his passion and he has set up Appetite to provide an exceptional service to his clients. He believes in providing delicious food, creatively presented, within your budget.
