Innovative vehicle technology, precise production, rapid prototyping and individual construction - that's what the owner-managed Lütgemeier GmbH stands for. Starting as a manufacturing company of Turbo May GmbH, our experts for manufacturing technology have been working with passion for over 40 years on ready-to-install complete solutions for motor sports, prototype construction as well as for historic vehicles. The range of services extends from the design of oil pumps, the manufacture of drive and chassis parts to the production of entire assemblies such as turbochargers, throttle valve systems or wheel suspensions. We have made a name for ourselves in the automotive scene with rapid prototyping of cast parts. In addition to conventional model making, the casting moulds have also been produced with our own 3D printer since 2016. The Rapid Prototyping moulds are excellently suited for the production of filigree and complex mould and core geometries. In our melting shop, castings made of steel, iron and aluminium alloys up to an individual part weight of 20kg are cast. For larger and heavier parts, as well as parts made of other materials such as magnesium, the moulds are made available to partner foundries for casting. The reverse engineering of historical components rounds off our possibilities. Based on historical 2D drawings or original parts, we can manufacture new parts that are no longer available on the market. Based on your experience, our employees are able to create functional and tolerance concepts or define casting dimensions for castings.In addition to our in-house competence, we have built up a well-established network of specialized suppliers over the past decades. This guarantees fast reaction times, a high degree of flexibility and on-time deliveries. This enables us to react to the high demands of our customers and to fulfil almost all their wishes.
