All reports, studies and exhibits are created in-house using proprietary and leading-edge software to maintain strict confidentiality of all data.Our HistoryMason Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants was originally established in 1926 by Thomas F. Mason. Thomas started the firm as a sole proprietor and later became a partnership, known as Mason, Mason & Mason, when his sons David and James joined the company. After Thomas passed away in 1968 and James retired in 1978, David Mason continued the business with Frances Wolfe Mason. The firm established their partnership as Mason & Mason® in 1991 and later incorporated in December of 1994. Mason continues to do business today as a California Corporation and a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE).
