The Fitness Society is a friendly, community gym for the whole society - from sixth-formers to grandparents and all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels in-between!We've all been to those intimidating fitness centres where everyone seems to be young and beautiful - where you feel you have to get into shape before walking through the door! We are not like that at The Fitness Society. A large percentage of our members have already celebrated significant mid-life birthdays! No matter what your age we can help you achieve your personal fitness goal - whether that's simply toning-up, losing a few kilos or training for an Ironman.We understand that no-one will go to a gym if they don't feel comfortable, so would love you to try us out first.
