GHIAA is an independent resource, curator, interdisciplinary think tank and consulting body on alternative language and best practices for global health transactions. We are developing an international center for research, training, education, advocacy and business dedicated to improving the health of the world's communities through alliance formation. We seek to engage research, academic, governmental, business and nonprofit organizations in this collaborative effort. Our goal is to collect, analyze, educate on and increase the availability and transparency of provisions and sample agreements, and other legal and policy tools for the development and distribution of medicines, vaccines, diagnostics and adjunctive technologies to treat infectious disease outbreaks, neglected and chronic diseases. We will build on our Master Alliance Provision Guide to share evolving agreement accepted practices and continue to provide and develop tools as an independent source for current and best practices. GHIAA provides: 1. Value for the scientific community by shortening the time from innovation to patient 2.
