Our StoryWe began as colleagues in 2012 working for a multinational corporation, here our passion for learning and development was ignited. It occurred to us very quickly that many managers and leaders fail to engage, develop and retain staff and customers alike due to one thing; the lack of time to invest in themselves and the people in their teams.And so the seeds of ned were sown.Over time, many coffees and some big learning commitments from each of us: to ensure we had the right skills, knowledge and influence to offer the best possible learning interventions for our clients, we decided to give this concept a go.With this ned was born. Or should we say ned sprouted?Our offering is evolving each time we engage with clients and we are extremely proud of the holistic, flexible, innovative nature of the business.We currently provide everything from bite-sized learning, readily available for a ‘quick fix' to an L&D department set up where we host, store and suggest training for individual employees via personal development plans.We are super proud of our enterprise and can't wait to grow with you guys; our clients and peers, who believe in empowerment, education and evolution.
