Stanton Chase was founded because the execution of professional services at the large firms in our industry was suffering from a lack of purposeful, individual care. As leaders of companies start to understand the importance of meaningful connections—both with their employees as well as with their partners—the focus on helping candidates and clients form strong, personal relationships with each other became the core of what drives us.Our goal was to create an organization where a culture of friendship and trust would ultimately become a harbinger of good business.
