This app is built for you because we know first hand the importance of maternal mental health. What we also know all too well is the significant gap in mental health care and accessibility for moms. Our goal is to reduce the amount of time mothers spend feeling isolated, scared, or without hope while experiencing mental health issues in pregnancy and postpartum.
