Blanco Design + Build ("BDB") is an inclusive single-family home builder. Through years of experience, the principles at BDB have developed a business that capitalizes on design and building efficiencies. By combining our in-house design and architectural services with our in-house construction services, we are able to provide our clients with the most efficient, time and money saving process for achieving their goal of building a custom home for their lifestyle. We offer a "turn key service" that allows our clients a "one stop shopping" approach to building their dream home. From day one, our clients start the home building process by meeting with our architects so that we can better understand our client's dreams and needs as it relates to their new home. With our clients, we then develop those architectural plans into the construction documents that will serve as the road map for our construction team. With permits in place, our construction team will then work with the client to be sure that each detail is constructed in the highest quality possible; these details and attention to quality, then become a home. Because our architectural and construction services are integrated, we often avoid the delays and additional costs associated with change orders during the construction process. In addition, our architects understand the construction process and they work with our construction team from day one to design a more efficient home. We believe that value engineering should be part of the process from the beginning, not something done at the end of the project just to reduce costs.
