Whilst beginning with only civil engineering services, McDowall Affleck has diversified to become a multi-disciplined enterprise offering design, project management and construction for mechanical, structural, civil and sub-divisional engineering. During more than 35 years of operation, McDowall Affleck has built a wealth of knowledge in and understanding of Australian and West Australian law and safety requirements. As such, we have been able to export our services to companies from all over the world and assist them to ensure their products meet the strict Australian Standards.
