The Resurrection Project (TRP) was founded in 1990 by six Catholic parishes to revitalize Pilsen—one of Chicago's most distressed communities at the time. Today, TRP takes a holistic approach to creating healthy communities by:• Developing and managing quality affordable housing and community centers;• Providing free financial education and counseling services to help families build wealth, buy homes, and ultimately achieve financial independence; and
