DLC then established a working relationship with the IMCA (Israel Medical Cannabis Authority) providing key systems, protocols and IP.In 2016 DLC initiated an exclusive services agreement with a reinsurance platform that is providing liability, crop and product loss coverage.In the second half of 2016, DLC acquired Dirigo Food Safety, an established Food and Quality Assurance business located in Yarmouth, Maine. Dirigo provides critical audits, certifications and education. Dirigo also has patented technology that addresses a significant problem with quality meats. This solution is being marketed globally.In 2017, DLC expanded it's Agricultural platforms to address the significant problems of water quality and worker safety.
