A great editor knows also how to listen to the unspoken words, puts herself in the author's mind and heart, and communicates effectively and elegantly. If I were to label how I work, I would call myself a clairaudient--intuitively hearing an author's voice and intention, and co-creatively opening the space for it to come forward.As a writer and editor for fifteen years, I have become fluent with the process of writing in many forms, and from inspiration to finished product.
