The NRHC works to inspire and educate countless generations on the many facets of ranch life. It all starts with NRHC's 27-acre complex featuring a 44,000-square-foot museum and 19-acre historical park. The museum includes seven galleries emphasizing ranching history, art and artifacts. Moving into the park, you'll experience more than 50 historic ranching structures dating from the 1780s to the 1950s. The structures were chosen to represent the birth, growth and maturity of ranching in North America. Discover ranching heritage through El Capote Cabin, the Matador half-dugout, the Masterson JY Bunkhouse, the Four Sixes Ranch barn, and the Queen Anne-style Barton House, to name a few. The Center is open daily and free to visit.
