Julie Soderlund is the president of EMERGE Coaching and Consulting Services. Julie is an International Coaching Federation - Associate Certified Coach (ACC) that brings a wealth of practical and advanced experience to help create and sustain successful project and program management outcomes for PMOs and executives. Julie's experience includes both IT and business sector work, highlighted by her leadership of over 100 teams as the State of Minnesota's Department of Human Services Director, overseeing the PMO, Organizational Development, and Management Training offices of a multi-billion dollar state agency and guiding the development and implementation of its mission, vision and strategies. Julie is a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA) and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
