Our process includes an on site start up with your facility so that we can learn more about the needs of your department and the type of candidate that you are looking for. Over the course of our recruitment we will conduct first round interviews with potential candidates either in our offices or via web cam in order to have a face to face connection with potential candidates prior to presenting you with their resumes. Once a person has been through our process and meets the criteria to be considered a candidate we will provide you with original resumes, verification of academic preparation, certifications and licensures. In addition, we will prepare three professional references and guarantee the placement for one year.
