These programs are choreographed exercise-to-music group fitness classes given by instructors in sports clubs. In addition, ClubJoy provides education, training courses, up-date days and events for group fitness instructors.In addition to ClubJoy LIVE, ClubJoy also provides virtual workouts. ClubJoy VIRTUAL consists of 36 different virtual workouts varying in intensity and duration (12, 15, 30 and 60 minutes). Every quarter of a year a new release is issued for each workout.
