Quality Control for a PedagogueQuality control aids an organization as ours to strive toward a mission and achieve goals set by Galaxen, our parent group, and community. If we are able to use this idea of quality control, reinforcing a common goal that affects us organizationally, professionally, and personally, our chances for achieving our goals are increased.When working with quality control it is necessary that we utilize each individual staff member's practical knowledge and experience. Taking advantage of the human resource pool available makes changes more fluid and easier to accept. Belief in a common goal and the ability to influence it are factors that make a project successful. Therefore it is important to involve each staff member from the very beginning giving each a fair opportunity to play an essential part in expanding an area of personal interest.We are not without ideas; it is a matter of priority. We have chosen to prioritize the child's perspective and document it.
