Our hands on owner operated approach allows us to offer the freshest, local quality product from harvesting, processing, and packaging. We buy only from local independent fishermen. We are proud to support a community of over a hundred fisherman families. Our facility is constructed with the latest high efficiency, prefabricated SIPs (structural insulated panels) for the interior processing rooms. SIPs are pre-coated with FDA food grade approved impervious polymer coatings. The result is a building system that is extremely strong and energy efficient. For sanitation purposes, we have implemented a system called NaOClean.
