Our growth can generally be attributed to treating clients the way that we would want to be treated ourselves. We provide qualitatively excellent legal services while ensuring that we are also responsive, accessible, and predictable as possible when it comes to pricing.Although we still bill by the hour for some projects, we acknowledge that a pricing model where our inefficiency is rewarded financially is problematic. Therefore, we are committed to addressing that tension head on and communicating with our clients regularly about anticipated spend.
