Each private session is customized with yoga stretching to help you improve your flexibility and increase your strength and endurance. You get the benefits of doing yoga without the formality of a regular yoga class. The Yoga Classes are structured around the level of class and will allow for each individual to practice at their own ability...allowing students to empower themselves to find their strength within themselves.We also offer group yoga classes.
