Our model is simple - yet necessary: From the farm to the store, we work with partners, suppliers and farmers that we know and trust. We make our food from scratch every day, using house-roasted meats and whole produce, inspired sauces, and pair them with one of our Parisian style baked breads.As East Hampton grows, we're dedicated to working with the right people.
