Normally self-performing the architectural and structural portion of the project, Fitts & Goodwin is backed by a strong following of specialty subcontractors whose expertise is drawn on to complete the construction team.Fitts & Goodwin is experienced in the Design/Build method of project delivery in addition to the more traditional Plan/Spec approach. When working on a Design/Build, third party design services are used to complete the Owner-Architect-Contractor team.
