Director of Development and Policy at European Advertising Standards Alliance (EASA) - N/A, N/A, BE
EASA – the European Advertising Standards Alliance, is the single authoritative voice of advertising self-regulation in Europe and beyond. We are a non-profit organisation with a Brussels based secretariat. EASA has a network of 42 organisations representing 28 advertising standards bodies (also called self-regulatory organisations) from Europe and 13 organisations representing the advertising ecosystem (the advertisers, agencies and the media) and 1 digital pure-play company. With our members, we work to promote high ethical standards in advertising through the use of effective self-regulation, whilst being mindful of national differences in culture as well as legal and commercial practices.By supporting the creation and development of advertising self-regulation that is agreed upon by all members; developing and sharing best practices and guidance; assisting specific product sectors in the development of sectoral commitments and by carrying out monitoring exercises for specific product sectors, EASA ensures an effective and credible self-regulatory network.
