We are a centre of education, primarily for women, and we run various social enterprises, open to the public. Each year, we host festivals such as Light Night, WOWfest, Blackfest, and Black History Month and live music evenings in our Bistro. We are available to local business to rent our beautiful and characterful office rooms as well as a space to book any event from weddings to large or small scale conferences. The award-winning Bistro is the perfect place to drop in for a tasty bite to eat, with a fully stocked and licensed bar, and regular live music and film events. We offer 36 places in our children's Nursery with an outside play area brimming with toys! The Health Place (downstairs) is Hope Street's first spa for women, and we run Yoga, Pilates, and wellbeing courses, as well as offering treatments with our holistic therapist. Our Grade II listed Conferences & Events facilities for weddings, parties, and all events, boasts the most incredible atmosphere because we're steeped in history and character! Our various projects are environmentally focused such as The BEE You Project that provides training and education to young people in the ancient art of beekeeping. We also run The School for Social Entrepreneurs and run development up-start and trade-up funded programmes for social enterprises and charities, helping many ethical enterprises get off the ground.
