Complete Performance Centre Inc. (CPC) is Durham's leading rehabilitation, fitness, and sports performance centre. CPC is privately owned and operated. Since first opening in January 2009 under the name "Complete Sports Performance", Complete Performance Centre has grown and expanded, accepting new clients from across the GTA who utilize a wide variety of our services and programs.No matter what your fitness level or level of athletic ability, CPC offers a multitude of options for everyone, including an extensive range of group exercise classes, fitness programs, and sports performance programs to suit your individual needs. We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art strength training equipment, cardiovascular machines, and athletic training equipment.
