Creating pathways out of poverty, stabilizing families, supporting social and emotional health, and achieving educational success are all critical for long lasting change.We create positive community change by collaborating with others, building capacity, coordinating community efforts, and investing in programs to get things done.Through local data we know our community is facing challenges in the areas of education, income and health. We know that students of color and students from low income homes are not graduating at the same rate as their peers. We know that each year more community members are living in poverty.
