For every minute without treatment, chances of resuscitation decrease 10 per cent.Most of these deaths are preventable. Defibrillation requires an AED, or automated external defibrillator.80% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen in the home. But AEDs are too expensive, and too hard to use, to be an option for households.We have solved these problems.Rapid Response Revival has developed CellAED, the world's first personal AED.
