Founded in 2015 we have worked with over 600 like-minded small businesses, welcomed thousands of incredible shoppers, saved hundreds of kgs of clothing from landfill at our rack sales, supported dozens of local musicians and provided exciting new workshop spaces to creative hosts. At our events you can expect to find Brisbane's best market stalls through our competitive application process. We have a wide range of stall categories that are tailored to suit many demographics within our partnered venues.Our success and expansion has come from connecting the maker to shoppers in brand new settings across Brisbane, something not previously done on our scale by a single market operator before! Traditionally markets are set in one spot & that's it! The Market Folk's operating model means many communities and precincts can enjoy regular creative gatherings - dining, shopping and connecting all in the one place.
