The Dan and Margaret Maddox Fund's mission is to better our community through partnerships that improve the lives of young people and further wildlife conservation.Our three program areas are: education, marginalized youth, and wildlife conservation (especially hunting and fishing).We look for initiatives that operate out of:A mindset of effective management and excellenceA culture of results and innovationA philosophy of high impact (micro or macro)Approaches that have the ability to significantly improve the lives and communities of the underservedOur founders had a commitment to helping disadvantaged young people who strive to better their lives. And they had a love of nature and a passion for hunting and fishing. Since 2009, the Maddox Fund has awarded over $21 million in grants to more than 80 organizations.
