The company is experienced and has been successful in the acquisition, development, construction, management and sale of single-family home communities. Since inception, Crowne Development, Inc. has completed several residential developments and has completed construction of nearly 1,000 single-family homes within the local market area. Their success has been accomplished through careful strategic land acquisition, innovative community and home designs, quality construction and effective marketing. This has led to Takhar Development(original name of general partnership) being named in February 1999, the 5th most successful "minority owned" business in the United States by ENTREPENEUR MAGAZINE.
