Our "A Team" of Trainers is a cohesive group that brings their individual experiences and skill sets to each Training Session. Information is regularly shared between the Trainers to ensure that each is cognizant of the current situation (personal concerns, fitness goals, etc.) for each client. Past clients have expressed that they appreciate the fact that they have the opportunity to work with different Trainers, secure in the knowledge that every Trainer is aware of their individual needs and goals.
