THE VITAMIN COMPANY is a rapidly growing company, serving the Natural Health supplement industry, in the USA. and abroad. From its birth, the goal of THE VITAMIN COMPANY has been to research, develop, and production of quality, effective, reasonably priced vitamin supplements for the American and International Markets. One of the main strengths of THE VITAMIN COMPANY lies in the ability to manufacture according to specifications of a particular market. To date, our Research and Development department has designed and produced over 3,000 formulations. Products include tablets, soft gels, chewables, powders, and sublinguals.Our Production facility in USA is GMP approved and consists of approximately 16,000 square feet dedicated to production, 8,000 square feet dedicated to storage of raw materials, and 12,000 square feet for bottling, labeling and packaging. Our daily manufacturing capacity is approximately 14 million capsules, 15 million tablets and 100,000 packaged bottles. The in-house, state-of-the-art laboratory functions as our Quality Control Department and also as an independent facility. A summary of the equipment includes a microbiological laboratory, HPLC's, Atomic Absorption, Dissolution, FTIR, UV detector, Gas Chromatograph, ICP, Stability and Rapid Still. The laboratory employs 14 full-time chemists, many with Ph.D degrees with minimum of 10 years or more of experience in the Nutritional Supplements field. A microbiologist is also on staff.Our base of operations is in the USA but we operate in 24 different countries.
