OUT HERE WORLDWIDE is a youth-led non-profit organization using digital platforms to create campaigns that tackle public sexual harassment and help women feel safer in public spaces.The organization was started by a young passionate activist and resident of Joburg CBD who was tired of walking around in fear when using public transport. The first campaign was initiated at the end of 2019, and the organization launched in October 2020.Our Vision is simple: a safer South Africa for women.We hope to achieve that by championing creative campaigns to tackle GBV and build safer communities in South Africa:-Awareness and advocacy campaigns-Workshops and training boot camps-Mobile Counseling directory services-Developing local, regional, and national partnerships.
