The FSGA has been at the forefront of legal issues that have existed between fantasy sports and gaming companies and professional leagues and players associations over the rights to player profiles and statistics. The FSGA was the first organization to compile demographic surveys of the fantasy sports and gaming markets and continues to provide free demographic data and research to all of its members.Through networking and the production of thought-provoking, issue-oriented conferences, the FSGA raises awareness on critical fantasy sports and gaming industry issues.
