We are Govt., Private & Interior General Contractors based in Pune and also do work on large projects for large General Contractors as a sub-contractor all over India. We have completed some successful construction projects in Pune. Karsan Developers previously named as Bharat Constructions was founded by Mr. Karan S. Khatri in 2012 in Pune, India and since then we have been delivering good quality work and on time exactly as per specifications. Karan S. Khatri who is B.E. Civil from Pune University and has Master's Degree in Construction Management with a certification of Leed AP, has vast experience in Water & Waste-water sector and has worked on projects like Water Treatment plants, Water, Sewer & Storm drainage Pipeline projects, Booter Stations, Pump Stations, Sewage Lift Station, Intermodal facility, Maintenance travelers on bridge, Ammonia Containment Filtration Plant, Drying Beds for power plant, Wells etc. & worked as a Project Engineer, Construction Manager and Project Manager for various companies. Our company was actually started in 1930 by Great Mr. Shivram Khatri by the name of Bharat Constructions from Baramati, India. Bharat Constructions were a Class I Govt. Contractor and have built a lot of projects like bridges, dams, roads, residential & commercial buildings since then all over Maharashtra. Mr. Shivram Khatri were also an Executive Engineer for Maharashtra Govt. We build all kinds of Govt. Infrastructure like Elevated Storage Reservoir (ESR), GSR, Overhead Water Tanks, road, pipelines, bridges, dams etc. & private construction projects like residential, commercial, hospitals etc.. We are always open to deliver to new clients and build a trustworthy relationship. Our company is growing rapidly day by day. We follow all standard PPE safety guidelines on construction sites.
