ALAE's founder, Rich Hardwick, has over 25 years of experience in the execution of AFMC requirements. This spans a wide variety of sustainment missions, and includes technical performance as well as management. While employed by a large business, Rich was responsible for the capture, staffing, and overall execution of over $550M in ID/IQ order spanning two decades. He has directly managed programs with budgets ranging from $50K to over $50M, and led a team effort of growing his assigned large businesses' P&L center from $8M to $43M in Warner Robins over a decade.
