Maternal Mental Health is one of my key specialties and I understand the unique therapeutic needs of pregnant and postpartum women, perinatal loss/grief, and trauma related to birth and past reproductive experiences.Motherhood involves significant life changes and I understand the frequent dissonance between the expectations and realities that many women experience. It is my goal to support and nurture women and their families as they adjust to psychological and physiological changes so that they can fully enjoy the process, from pre-pregnancy through motherhood.I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Alexandria, VA.
