Care-At-Home Services is a Nurse led service and was established in 2005, we deliver Home care in Dublin, Co Kildare and West Wicklow and are the named H.S.E "Preferred Provider" for all these areas. We are based in the Osprey business Center Naas. We guarantee a rapid Home care response, making available a Home Care team Member to complete a full Home care assessment within 24 hours to meet with our Service Users requirements & preferences.The Specialist Homecare Management team work in close colaboration with the local Health Care team. Liaison with the Public Health Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational / Pysiotherapists Therapists and General Practitioners is pivotal to our Service provision.We offer a comprehensive range of Home Care Services to meet all levels of an individual Home Care needs. We have eight years experience in the Home Care Buisness and have had the privilege of providing Home Care Services to H.S.E Clients, private individuals and families in the Co Kildare and West Wicklow areas in this time.Our continued commitment to providing High quality Elderly Home Care Service is reflected in our stringent recruitment and Monitoring policy. All Home Care Support Workers are carefully selected, vetted, trained and monitored on a regular bases to ensure the best Service is provided. Our Home Carer Support Workers are recruited from the local community and are familiar with the local area, minimizing travel times and ensuring a prompt service. The carers are carefully selected for qualities we consider very important for the role of a home carer a good personality, with a friendly disposition and a caring manner is essential. Good Experience and excellent references with up to-date Garda vetting certificates are also necessary.
